QUALIFICATIONS: -At least 1 year of BPO experience as a Sales Representative or Retention Specialist-Experience in taking inbound and outbound calls-Good technical skills—able to comfortably navigate through smartphone and desktop applications-Excellent written and spoken English communication skills-A critical thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detail-Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment-Effective organizational and time management skills-Willing to work on-site in Makati RESPONSIBILITIES: -Assist customers via live chat/email in clear and concise written English-Improve the quality of customer interactions daily-Have fun and work effectively with a team of awesome people-Able to work independently with minimal supervision Summary of role requirements: -Flexible hours available-1 year of relevant work experience required for this role-Working rights required for this role-Expected salary: ?28,000 per month
