Retail Training Supervisor

**Vivanti Advantage**, a growing e-commerce enabler, is looking for an organized, detail-oriented **RETAIL TRAINING SUPERVISOR** who will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a retail store and training other staff members to enhance their job performance and retention.
**Retail Operations and Training Manager Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement the overall store strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a marketing store strategy
- Recruit and hire new store employees
- Supervise employees, providing coaching and mentorship to optimize productivity and increase sales
- Create a healthy and enjoyable store work environment
- Determine and set basic store KPIs
- Track and report on store KPIs
- Train store employees on corporate policies and procedures
- Develop relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Suggest new operational strategies to improve store's performance and productivity
- Work with analysts to review profit and loss figures (P&L).
- Manage all store operations and delegate responsibilities
- Set and monitor store's budget, making every effort to maximize efficiency and profits
- Manage appropriate levels of stock and purchases while staying on budget
- Address customer complaints/feedback in a professional manner
- Analyze and predict sales, and sale trends to make informed decisions
- Uphold compliance with all legal, health, and safety guidelines
- Other related tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of Business Administration or Marketing
- 2 years experience in the retail industry.
- Preferable cosmetics / personal care but not necessary
- MUST - knowledgeable in using GSuite (Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- MUST - high proficiency with digital tools and can easily learn new tools
- MUST - be good at decision-making, problem solving
- MUST - have empathy and flexibility
- MUST - excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- MUST - has been able to work with cross-functional operations and has been able to collaborate with other teams
- MUST - Good presentation skills
- MUST - Have skills in data analysis
- PLUS - has knowledge on web-based training platforms and modern educational techniques
- PLUS - Creativity

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
