What is this role about? The role is responsible for:

What will YOU do? Ensure compliance with the company's operational policies and procedures. Conduct regular operations audits in handled stations to ensure their compliance to SEAOIL's procedures, policies, and guidelines. Ensure compliance to national and local government permits and reports. Act as an intermediary between handled stations and SEAOIL departments. Coordinate with franchisees on matters related to the Franchise Agreement and the company's policies and procedures. Ensure that stations, personnel, dealers, and customers are supervised and managed accordingly. Train all Station Managers/Heads on standard station operations, customer service, and marketing programs. Monitor and analyze station's profitability to include sales, OPEX, and working capital (for dealer-operated stations). Coordinate with the Retail Sales Team regarding profitability. Provide assistance to the Franchise Conversion Team to give assistance in assessment and deliberation of new site to market and nearby SEAOIL stations in the area. What will YOU need? Open to fresh graduates of any course. Must have a valid driver's license - manual transmission. Experience in retail is an advantage. Must be willing to be assigned in Dipolog City.
