Retail Shop Assistant

In-charge of order processing and restocking.
- Ensures that boutique is organized.
- Informs clients of new products and promos to encourage purchases.
- Arranges product displays.
- Safeguards items from fraudulent activities and transactions.
- Addresses and resolves customer complaints.
- Converts queries and walk-ins to sales.
- Processes customer payments using POS.
- Daily encoding of sales transactions into the system.
- Maintains an in-depth product knowledge.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Preferably with experience in selling jewelry/pearls or retail, especially high-end apparel/ accessory brands or other relevant job.
- Willing to be assigned in Jewelry Shop-Boutique
