POSITION OBJECTIVE The Retail Sales and Network Development Specialist will support the Sales Operations and Network Development Manager in the day-to-day operations, optimizing the performance of existing dealerships and driving the strategic expansion of the dealership network. This position aims to enhance dealer operations, ensure compliance with brand standards, and contribute to the growth and success of Dodge, Jeep, and Ram in the Philippines through effective data analysis, market research, and stakeholder coordination.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Dealer Operations Support Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and evaluate dealer performance against sales targets and key metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness. Program Implementation: Assist in the rollout and management of sales programs, incentives, and promotional activities. Ensure that dealers are informed and equipped to execute these programs successfully. Compliance and Audit: Conduct periodic audits and assessments to ensure dealers adhere to company standards and policies. Address any deviations and work with dealers to rectify issues. Leads Management: Assist dealers in effectively managing sales leads. Monitor the lead generation process, track conversion rates, and champion in the utilization of the CRM platform (HubSpot/Sales Force.) Sales Operation Analysis Data collection and analysis: Gather and analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to support decision-making processes. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on dealer performance, sales trends, and network development progress. Present findings to management and stakeholders. Network Development Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities for new dealership locations. Assess market potential, competitive landscape, and customer demographics. Expansion Planning: Assist in the creation and execution of strategic plans for dealership expansion. This includes site selection, negotiations with potential partners, and coordination with internal departments to facilitate new openings. Documentation and Agreements: Maintain meticulous records of dealership agreements, contracts, and related documentation. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Stakeholder Coordination Internal Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including legal, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and alignment with company goals. External Relations: Serve as a point of contact for dealers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating communication between dealers and the company. Event Coordination: Support the organization and execution of dealer meetings, conferences, and training sessions to foster a cohesive and informed dealer network. JOB SPECIFICATION Educational Requirement Bachelor's Degree of Marketing, Business Administration or any related business course;
Job Related Experience At least three (3) years relevant experience
