POSITION OBJECTIVES (JOB SUMMARY) Steer and motivate the Dealer Network to achieve high sales volume, customer satisfaction and control appropriate stock levels. Ensure implementation of ANGs sales promotions, marketing and CRM programs as well as maintain good relationships with the local authorities and business community to achieve maximum market exploitation. Ensure that all set Dealer standards are understood and implemented. Responsible for steering Dealer planning, order-intake process and achieving set wholesale targets.
KEY RESULTS AREA DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop Business Targets of Passenger car Sales Business Plan annual business targets Develop business plans and strategy with Dealers to meet the business objectives Steer Dealers to achieve higher sales, customer satisfaction, business efficiency as well as profitability Set key business targets such as sales target, profit target, inventory target, and stock turnover for the Dealer network. Monitor and measure agreed sales funnel KPIs of the Dealers Calculation of yearly bonus payments Volume Planning / Sales Review Provides market feedback and sales analysis reports in support of monthly Roll-out (CDJR) Analysis of sales performance and market performance Business Management Ensure the implementation of the ANG business strategy and plans by the Dealer Network Encourage and support the activation of CRM and marketing programs at Dealer level Develop and communicate sales programs with the Dealer network (fleet, aging inventory, etc.) Engage with Dealer General Management on product and positioning to optimize market potential Work to develop potential business opportunities in existing and new areas with the Dealer network Ensure that the appropriate level of sales training (selling skills and product knowledge) is available to the Dealer network Review, diagnose and correct any seen deviation from set sales targets through the use of Dealer sales funnel reports and interaction Adaptation/Implementation of central marketing and sales concept according to target agreement with Chrysler Dealer development (support retail process, recruitment, training, etc. Dealer circulars covering guidelines and other announcements Represents the Dealership and builds strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and statutory representatives Works with colleagues and other teams across the Dealership to deliver improvements and provide a seamless service to customers, ensuring that customers are introduced to the Service team Uses feedback to improve skills and performance of self and the Service team Understands and follows relevant CDJR Operational Guidelines Ensures opportunities for sales by other teams are followed up by the appropriate colleague Ensures the Service team adheres to legal, environmental and health and safety requirements, ensuring the safety and security of people, vehicles and property at all times reporting any known faults or hazards Evaluation of Dealer Performance & Standards Compliance and implementation of agreed prices, discounts and deferred payments Follow up of action plans Market Development Monitor competitor activities in the local market such as pricing, product mix and/or sales related processes and develop /adapt the relevant strategies Plan, implement and evaluate regularly Chrysler /ANG promotion strategies and campaigns with the Dealers. Contributes in developing Quarterly Sales and Marketing Plan (QSMP) CRM Management Develop a strategy according to business plans to promote strong CSI performance Ensure local market knowledge about customers, market trends, competitor products and services Propose CRM strategy with After-Sales counterpart according to business plan and CSI target Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the customer lifecycle follow-up and sales lead management systems (ANG & Dealers) Customer Satisfaction Management Ensure that Dealer customer vehicle delivery process is according to Chrysler standards Monitor Dealer CSI and develop improvement strategies Coach Dealers on CSI improvement Deal on escalated customer complaint cases (Dealer to Importer) Finance Monitor Budget Reporting Ensure regular reports on Dealer vehicle sales, stock management, marketing and CRM activities as required by ANG & VP Sales & Marketing. Review regular sales funnel performance reports with Dealers on a monthly basis. Reviews retail achievement, production achievement, aging inventory target achievement, and submit all Chrysler reports quarterly in order to achieve bonus pay-out from regional office. Reviews monthly sales, KRA/KPI, financial status, and program roll out as bases for creating action plans. People Development Manage the performance of subordinates by setting targets and monitoring results. Develop and motivate subordinates according to their abilities and needs of the company. Determine training needs and secure suitable training Provide continuous guidance, support and feedback to subordinates Facilitate a working environment for good employee satisfaction JOB REQUIREMENTS Educational Requirement Bachelor's Degree of Marketing, Business Administration or any related business course;
Job Related Experiences Minimum 8 years working experience in the wholesale automotive industry
Minimum 8 years working experience as a Manager in Wholesale or Dealer Management.
