Retail Sales Head

Job Summary: The role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the retail bancassurance business with bank partner BPI (Bank) and with the goal of progressively increasing bank client penetration rate. The role is also responsible for growing the non-bank channels of Agency and Dealers with the aim of strengthening agentsâ and dealersâ loyalty that will have them promoting BPI MS over other insurers. Design engagement and rewards programs for Bank referrers and BPI MS sales officers that will drive achievement of sales targets. Foster a responsible sales compliance culture with the long term needs of the customers in mind.
Key Results Areas: Grow Bancassurance Retail Business Drive top line growth of non-life insurance products to retail customers of the Bank through programs that will position BPI MS the preferred provider to the Bankâs retail clients. Work closely with Bank referrers and internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop customer value propositions that will translate to improved product mix. Build and maintain a bancassurance sales team responsive to customersâ needs and able to support aggressive growth targets. Grow Non-bank Channels of Agency & Dealers Manage and strengthen the relationship with agents and dealers via engagement activities, trainings, group meetings and client visits. Deliver quality service to agents and dealers by giving timely response to their inquiries and quotation requests, and coordinate internally for timely policy issuance. Design and implement incentive programs that will have agents and dealers sell BPI MS products over other insurers. Implement Engagement and Reward Programs Design and implement tactical sales incentives and sales contests for Bank referrers and sales officers to drive sales volume. Design engagement and learning programs for Bank referrers to keep them current on BPI MS offerings, campaigns and services. Qualifications: Senior leadership experience in a bancassurance operation Preferably with experience in handling non-bank channels Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders History of success in delivering sales targets Customer centric
