RETAIL SALES EXECUTIVE

 

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with the discovery of IQOS

Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, about IQOS and conduct a guided trial

Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database

registration & after-sales servicesProvide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns, and replacements in line with IQOS consumer-centric principles

QUALIFICATIONS

Confident and charismatic, with above-average English-speaking skills

Passionate about starting or advancing your career in Retail Sales

Experience in working from an upscale lifestyle retail shop is an advantage

Applicants with NO experience and fresh graduates with vibrant personalities are also welcome to apply.
