Retail Marketing Associate (Davao)

**JOB SUMMARY**
- Responsible for managing, implementing, and analyzing local marketing plans that aims to increase store foot traffic.
- Assist in the implementation of brand campaign nationwide.
- Monitor the e-commerce projects.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Create local marketing strategies that will help increase sales achievement
- Regularly propose localized marketing projects, prepare post-event report and evaluation, and monitor and update store requirements such as but not limited to videoloop, campaign POP, etc.
align with the mall's marketing guidelines
- Scout for possible merchant/ company tie-up or cross promotions, maximize PR opportunity
- Ensure that marketing proposal and projects are align with yearly plan
- Scout for venues or events to tie-up
- Monitor social media page's comments and immediately answer inquiries from customers
- Evaluate sales and directly coordinate/ report to Head Office-Manila for concerns, ideas/ suggestions, etc.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 2 years experience related to this field and industry is an advantage
- Proficient in basic e-commerce and social media platforms
Ability to work during weekends if there's an event

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

- Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail Marketing Associate: 1 year (preferred)
