Retail Manager- It Sales

Responsible for driving retail sales achievement for designated area against sales plan.
Create and develop a clear sales and education strategy to achieve daily/monthly/yearly
goals and effectively cascading this to the field staff.
Ensure field teams are ready to execute any and all campaign promotions, visual
merchandising needs in order to drive sales on ground.
Managing and reproducing stable operations and process among all stores which
include, but are not limited to: Sales floor operationsCash wrap operationsStockroom managementStaff guidelines Qualifications: Over 10 years of experience in a similar roleStrong communication and leadership skillsHighly organized with excellent time management abilitiesDriven by a strong motivation to achieve targets and meet deadlinesExceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standardsStrong interpersonal and communication skills; passionate about people development, cost management, and effective leadershipAbility to motivate and inspire a teamWillingness to travel throughout the city, including visits to mallsWilling to travel to North/South Luzon, GMA, and VisMin.
