Retail Devt. Coordinator

Caishen Marketing Services Inc. is looking for a Retail Development Coordinator who can fulfill the following duties.
- Conduct retail studies
- Develop programs for recruitment and retention
- Establish network with representatives of business community, consultants and developers.
- Supports development and tracking of retail marketing budgets

Qualifications:
- preferably female
- w/ background in purchasing, hardware or construction
- w/ negotiation skills
- proficient in excel
- at least 2years experience
