WE URGENTLY NEED 7 RETAIL ACCOUNT ASSOCIATES!
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

• At least HS/SHS graduate
• Good communication skills
• With at least 6 months call center experience/1 year customer service experience
• Typing Speed of 25 with the Accuracy of 95
• Willing to start immediately
