Restaurant Supervisor (Sm Baguio)

**MC WILSON CORPORATION** (Company behind Gringo, Tokyo Bubble Tea, Honeybon cafe, and Tatatito) is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to be assigned to our Gringo Restaurant in SM Baguio

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the daily operations of the store.
- Lead store in achieving performance targets.
- Implement programs to improve the overall efficiency of store operations.
- Manage people and serve the training & coaching needs of subordinates
- Responsible for the control of operations' expenses & food cost

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Have strong leadership and maturity to lead the team
- Have good floor management skills.
- Have good customer service skills

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 2-5 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Restaurant Food Service
- Applicants must be willing to work in SM Baguio

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
