JOB SUMMARY To assist the Operation Manager/F&B Manager, Brand Manager, and Assistant Brand Manager in planning, organizing, and directing the overall Food and Beverage operation of all restaurant outlets as well as maintaining quality standards in a manner consistent with The Abaca Group. Under the general guidance of the Assistant Brand Manager/Brand Manager. And performs within the limits of established policies and procedures. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 2.1. MAIN DUTIES 2.1.1 Manages and ensures the smooth operation of the restaurants being assigned. 2.1.2. Checks the work performance of the subordinates and their grooming standard. 2.1.3. Assigns responsibilities to subordinates. 2.1.4. Liaises with the dining and beverage section on daily operations. 2.1.5. Assists in operation during peak period. 2.1.6. Studies, evaluates, and suggests improvement for operation procedures. 2.2. ADMINISTRATION 2.2.1. Conducts service briefing. 2.2.2. Ensures service standards are adhered to. 2.2.3. Ensures cashiering procedures are adhered to. 2.2.4. Submits guest/staff incident reports. 2.2.5. Submits daily financial reports 2.2.6. Attends brand operations meeting 2.3. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES 2.3.1. Checks and ensures that all employees report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nameplate at all times. 2.3.2. Ensures all employees provide courteous and professional service at all times. 2.3.3. Creates/builds an efficient team of employees by taking an active interest, in safety, welfare, and development. 2.3.4. Trains employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties. 2.3.5. Ensures that the operational budget is strictly adhered to and that all cost is strictly controlled. 2.3.6. Ensures that all employees have a complete understanding of the restaurant policies and procedures. 2.3.7. Carries out occasional assignments/projects designated by higher management JOB SPECIFICATION -College Graduate, BSHRM -1-2 year of working experience preferably in the same industry - POS Ordering, POS Cashiering, Microsoft Proficient ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP Reports directly to Operations Manager/F&B Manager, Brand Manager, and Assistant Brand Manager. AUDIT RESPONSIBILITIES1.Ensures that all changes in the existing processes are fully understood and implemented.2.Public Relation2.1. Achieve the highest standard through strict adherence to the hygiene and sanitation rules        2.2. Fully understand TAG hygiene guidelines and standards        2.3. Actively support and enforce the implementation of policies related to TAG FSMS 3. Housekeeping        3.1. Checks and maintains high standards of cleanliness in the restaurant outlet.       3.2. Signs job requisition/repairs orders to maintenance.       3.3. Checks and follows up on repairs and maintenance of the restaurant.
