We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team. The Restaurant Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Manage restaurant equipment and facilities to ensure functionality and appearance.
Customer Service Excellence:
Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service to guests.
Train and mentor staff on customer service standards and best practices.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Staff Supervision and Development:
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen personnel.
Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
Financial Management:
Monitor sales and expenses to ensure profitability and budget adherence.
Implement cost-control measures to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
Prepare and analyze financial reports and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
Inventory and Supply Management:
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain sufficient stock.
Ensure proper storage and rotation of food and beverage items to minimize waste and ensure quality.
Establish relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that food and beverage offerings meet quality and presentation standards.
Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to address any issues or concerns.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and guest relations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
Food safety certification.
