What you'll do: The Resource Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all internal and external projects within the production house are delivered on time and within allocated hours. You will work hand in hand with our Digital Managers and Digital Specialists through the briefing process to execution and moving through to ongoing management, ensuring we are delivering quality and efficient outcomes that exceeds our clients expectations.
Key responsibilities for this role include: Overseeing workflow capacities and working with the Operations Manager to identify resource gaps as new tasks enter the production workflowWork alongside our Digital Managers to understand their projects and ensure they are receiving the work in expected timeframes. Identify and manage solutions when timings dont go to planOwning our central project management platform to ensure each Production Specialist is across their priorities and workloadUse analytical and creative thinking to problem solve, handle escalations and managing competing priority conflictsProvide ongoing training and support around how to navigate and best use our project management tool to our Growth Specialists, Digital Managers and Digital SpecialistsProviding best in class support to our Digital Specialists and Digital Managers so that our clients can exceed their digital ambitions. Successful candidates should have: 2+ years in project management, resource management or producer role.Strong communication and collaboration skillsRelationship drivenKey skills we are seeking:Attention to detail: Read a brief and understand the process to deliver and effort requiredProject Management: Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, and status reports via our project management platformPrioritisation: Assess project priorities and allocate resources accordingly to meet deadlinesProblem Solving: Be decisive.
