Conduct assessments and provide counseling services to employees, addressing their emotional and psychological needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver training programs on stress management, mental health, and work-life balance. Establish and maintain relationships with external resources and service providers to support employee well-being. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of well-being programs and initiatives, making recommendations for improvement. Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on managing employee well-being and mental health in the workplace. Stay updated on current research and trends in the field of resilience and well-being, and apply relevant knowledge to enhance employee support services. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines related to employee well-being and confidentiality. Serve as a resource and point of contact for employees seeking assistance or information on well-being resources and services.
