About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Resident Services Coordinator to join our growing team. As a key member of our operations, you will ensure our residents receive outstanding support, creating a positive and seamless living experience. This role is essential in maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service while driving resident satisfaction and retention. What You'll Do Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and other resident onboarding/offboarding processes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of resident issues, including maintenance and property management. Assist in managing resident accounts, including rent payments, billing, and dispute resolution. Monitor and follow up on all resident service tickets to ensure completion and satisfaction. Organize and participate in resident events and community engagement initiatives to promote a strong sense of community. Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, preferences, and requests using our tech-enabled platform. Support the Property Management team in improving resident retention and overall satisfaction. Stay informed about community resources to assist residents with additional services as needed. Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the Resident Services team. Basic Qualifications 1+ years of experience in customer service, property management, or a related field. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in property management software or ticketing platforms (training will be provided). Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Why Join Us?
