Function Branch Banking Operations

Job Summary Assumes the position of absentee Business Center personnel. Ensures strict implementation and consistent compliance to the policies and procedures of the Bank, BSP/AMLA regulations and other external regulatory rules. Supports the business objectives through excellent customer service delivery and other service-related initiatives geared towards total customer satisfaction. Willing to be assigned in the following locations: Cotabato City, North Cotabato. How will you contribute? Assumes the position of Service Manager (SM), Service Officer (SO), Service Associate (SA), Service Associate-Pickup Teller (SA-Pickup Teller) in their absence. Assists in performing compliance reviews on a case-to-case basis as assigned by the Regional Service Head. Performs ad hoc tasks such as special investigation/review, reconciliation of unbalanced accounts, ATM duty officers, etc. as assigned by the District Service Head. Ensures that Business Center (BC) transactions are processed within the set limits, approvals, and authorities as prescribed by Bank policies and/or the Operations Manual of the branch and other regulatory bodies. What will make you successful? Someone who can work efficiently and effectively in a banking and sales environment, who feels confident in their working capacity and can handle clients professionally. At least a 4-year graduate with a degree in business or any service industry-oriented course. Extensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations. An advantage if with sales/marketing experience in a bank. Willing to be assigned in different branches within the area of assignment.
