Shift: Night Shift (Shifting)
Work Setup: Onsite, Quezon City
What do you need to succeed? 5+ Years Experienced Employee
Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree
Must be willing to work onsite (should have close proximity to the office as punctuality is crucial, must be willing to work in The Ignacia Place, Q.C.)
What awaits you in this role? Recommending services and offering alternatives to book reservations and close sales calls.
Providing accurate data entry of customer information in scheduling systems.
Assisting customers and other team members with customer service/complaint resolution.
Supporting other departments related to reservations, including the rental station, chat, and international tour operators.
Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all reservations.
Providing vehicle familiarization and answering customer questions.
Assisting the manager with various special projects.
Maintaining a neat and organized work area.
Performing other duties as assigned.
