Reservations/ Revenue Associate

Details of the offer

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
*
- Process all requests for reservations according to established procedures
- Answer correspondence and telephone calls for reservations / booking inquiries
- Request and accurately record all required reservation information
- File essential reservation correspondences according to dates of arrival
- Help maximize room sales by upselling and using established rate sell sequences
- Keep the Sales Manager (Rooms) informed of all developments in reservations and alert critical days and slack periods
- Maintain accurate guest history records for all FIT guests
- Provide courteous service to guests and respond promptly and tactfully to guest's requests and inquiries
- Comply with the Hotel's policies and procedures.
- Shift duty on a rotating basis
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Sales Manager or the Resident Manager
- Good common sense and general knowledge of securing business
- Thoroughly familiar with the section's internal working procedures
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned depending on the operational requirement of the department/division.
Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- A minimum 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in an equivalent position in Revenue/ Reservations, preferably in a hotel industry

Requirements and Skills:

- Familiar with the hotel's rates, packages, and promotions as well as the Hotel's frequent guest and frequent travel arranger and other marketing programs
- Familiar with Opera PMS
- Can work with using MS Office tools, and Google utilizations
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Keen to details and results

Work Location: No.
16 Timog Avenue, Barangay Laging Handa, Quezon City

**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Paid training

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

All employees are required to follow the safety precautions established for the health and safety of the team members of the company.
Ability to commute/relocate:

- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Rooms/ Reservation Sales: 1 year (preferred)
