Handle Multiple accounts to ensure that client's business issues and information needs are effectively met through well-executed research that provides value-added insights and analysis. Ensure IPSOS becomes an entrenched value added supplier with major clients. Utilize various research techniques and methodologies to meet customer expectations and generate revenue. Ensure revenue, operating income are met.
Client Focus
Active involvement in account management with a focus on developing existing client relationships and new relationships through responding to invitations to pitch.Develop specific knowledge of relevant markets and shares it with othersApply sound marketing research principles to client work
