Research Lead (Hybrid)

Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Communication Research or any related field.
- With at least 5 years work related experience.
- Skilled in generating insights, analytics modeling, business knowledge, data analysis and management, and research report writing and presentation.
- Preferably has exposure in Snack or Food FMCG.
- Can work in Novaliches, Quezon City.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts market research to analyze customer behavior, needs, and preferences.
- Validates and checks report analysis, interpretation, and recommendations for accuracy and validity before being endorsed to requesting units; surveys are checked using data from internal sales and related surveys.
- Maintain contacts with trade outlets, government agencies, and relevant industries.
- Training, guiding, and assessing employees, as well as suggestions for improving departmental services.
