Research Development Assistant

Assists management in the development programs and research activities.
- Continuously conduct market research, product development and customer's insights.
- Assists in product testing, experiments, presentations and commissary projects.
- Coordinates with Purchasing department in product development with suppliers and consultants.
Assists Purchasing Head in securing substitute/better raw materials and products.
- Participates and assists in the development of new products.
- Follow up results of research and market development with company and franchise stores.
- Research details of projects under strict confidentiality.
- Assists in the processing of R&D approvals and provides information in the progress of R&D approvals.
- Performs other details that may be required.
- Willing to assigned in Las Piñas
