The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.- Investigate fraudulent activity, deep dive data to identify behavioral patterns- Research on latest/ updated fraud tools available to provide system defense enhancement- Engaging in new fraud tools/ technologies testing to uncover new modus operandi of cybercrimes- Assess potential system for gaps that may be exploited for fraud- Coordinate with relevant teams to provide solution for system loopholes**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree from any course or equivalent relevant practical experience- Having experience in Fraud Operations or e-commerce company is an advantage- Knowledge about risk management, anti-fraud, data analysis, and operations processes- Experience in SQL, or exposure to other data-mining tools- Good verbal and written communications skills- Able to use gathered insights to propose areas of improvement- Strong problem solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills
