Job Description
Responsibilities:

Collect, validate, and clean data from various sources.
Apply statistical and analytical techniques to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
Present research findings and data insights in a clear and visually appealing manner.
Design and implement statistical models to support research studies, experiments, or predictive analysis.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness throughout the research process.

Required Skills:

A bachelor's degree in economics, finance, statistics, computer science, or related field.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-working skills.
Exposure in Real Estate advisory, Research, Feasibility Studies, demand-supply analysis, Financial Modeling & concepts.
Should have excellent mathematical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Presentation and documentation work.
