Research And Dev'T Assistant (Food Manufacturing)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

- Preparation of batch trial production for testing
- Weekly assist during inspection for monitoring and recording
- Evaluation of adjusted, improved and matched formulated new products
- Assist in line of daily inspection of pest control equipment from different grounds and areas allocated
- Ensuring the up-date recording of pest sighting record, coffee, syrup and powder document report
- Assist in product implementation of changes in process to improve product capability, quality and manufacturing efficiency
- Assist the R & D Supervisors to documents the required new samples and raw materials.
- Assist in the analysis of any defects in product processes and shelf life.
- Assist in sending and receiving compliance documents from suppliers.
- Assist in ensuring documents such as specs, formula, batch record; test results, production report, etc.
are transferred to QA Document Control in a timely manner.
**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of Food Technology, Biology, Nutrition, or Chemistry and/or other related courses
- Must be a Bachelor Degree Holder
- With at least 6 months experience
- Work experience in manufacturing setting is a plus
- Willing to work at Las Piñas Planta in production shifting schedule
- ISO experience is a plus but not required

**Salary**: From Php14,858.00 per month
