Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough research to identify trends, needs, and opportunities in the education sector.Develop and design new educational programs and curricula in line with the institution's goals and standards.Collaborate with faculty and staff to implement and test new teaching methods and materials.Analyze data and feedback from pilot programs and make recommendations for improvements.Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings and project progress.Stay updated with the latest developments in educational research and technology.Assist in writing grant proposals and securing funding for research projects.Provide training and support to faculty on new educational tools and methodologies.Ensure compliance with all institutional and governmental regulations and standards.
