Research And Development Specialist

• Assist in the development/conceptualization of products.
• Assist and translate product development and experimentations with the R&D Manager and/or consultant.
• Assist in documentation/revision of recipe formulations and work instruction based on developed/improved products.
• Assist in evaluation of alternative/substitute materials as needed.
• Assist in Technology Transfer and Product Standardization to production, third party suppliers and store operation of newly developed/improved products.
• Assist in product presentation of new/improved products as per need basis.
• Assist in product shoots as needed.
• Assist in line trouble shooting product and process review, as well as product evaluation as per need basis.
• Performs other R&D-related duties as required by the R&D Manager.
