Research And Development Chemist (Paint/Resin)

Responsible for creating and refining paint formulations, ensuring the quality of raw materials, conducting material testing, and investigating customer product complaints.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Develop and optimize paint formulations for steel products.
-Perform quality checks on raw materials and conduct comprehensive material testing.
-Investigate and resolve customer product complaints, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
-Maintain detailed records of test results, product complaints, and research findings.
-Contribute to product innovation and continuous improvement in processes and formulations.
-Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO 9001:2015, and company quality policies.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry Technology, or equivalent.
-With 3 years of experience in paint formulation, material testing, and research and development.
-Proven work experience in a paint or steel company.
-Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards is a strong advantage.
-Amenable to work in Quezon City.
