Job Description Position Summary: Responsible for providing support towards the fulfillment of Reputation and Stakeholder Management's strategy and execution of its program.
Duties and Responsibilities: Create strategies for stakeholder relationship management for the BU Identifies programs or initiatives to continuously improve stakeholder management in the BU. Administer the stakeholder management system of the BU. Monitors the BUs performance in relation to its stakeholder management objectives and activities. Identifies programs or initiatives to continuously improve stakeholder management in the BU. Initiate activities that build, protect and recover (when damaged) the BU's and consequently AboitizPower's reputation. Ensure that local grievances and concerns coming from various stakeholders are properly collated, monitored and addressed immediately. Execute programs identified to improve stakeholder management in the organisation Administer RSM's performance management platforms to monitor the team's performance vs the set objectives. Periodically reviews and provides recommendations on potential improvements to the existing processes and guidelines of the department. Organise perception survey/research to gain stakeholder insights that can be used as insight to BU's overall communication and CSR strategy. Administers monitoring and evaluation framework and systems to continuously improve BU CSR and SDG strategy and performance. Coordinate with various departments in gathering data pertaining to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives for the BU Ensures alignment with AP Corporate Affairs on sustainability initiatives of the BU Develop internal communication strategy to ensure ESG awareness across the organization Utilizes ESG data techniques to support in BU's sustainability communication initiatives Develops BU sustainability report to support various sustainability reporting objectives of the BU Explore potential partnerships and linkages with non-government organizations, civic organizations, and interest groups that may contribute to CSR and SDG initiatives. Minimum Qualifications At least 1 year of experience Graduate of a Bachelor's degree preferably Mass Communications, Community Development or Marketing Public and community relations Project Management Data Management Desktop publishing and video editing software Feel secure when applying: look for the verified icon and always do your research on a company.
