You'll be working with our client, National Car Parks. From their car parks to their dynamic office and contact center, they are passionate about Parking services. NCP has been designing, building, and managing Car Parks since 1931 and their success today is driven by striving for an innovative and seamless customer experience. NCP has come a long way since their formation in 1931, when the first NCP Car Park was created on a bombsite in Holborn, London, and by the mid-1990s NCP had become one of the most successful private businesses in the UK. As the UK's market leading Car Park provider, they run over 500 car parks in towns, city centers, airports, and railway stations. Clients include institutional, corporate, and private landlords, local authorities and NHS trusts.
Job Description
The Reporting Analyst will have a range of roles, but may be asked to undertake other duties, as required, which are not necessarily specified within this role profile, but which are commensurate with the grade of this role. Work Setup: Onsite, Baguio City
What do you need to succeed? Purely administrative and back-office experience, including reporting, data analysis, project assistance, and resource planning.
Consideration of up to 2 years of college education with significant experience and strong communication skills.
A background in MS Office tools is a requirement.
Proficiency in both verbal and written communication skills.
Charismatic and capable of effectively communicating reports to clients, with excellent communication skills.
What awaits you in this role? Produce client and internal reports on time and effectively, following the agreed schedule.
Generate necessary reports to support the performance of contact center teams.
Update QMax and other systems to ensure the accuracy of live data.
Provide management information in a timely manner and in accordance with managed expectations.
Assist in the real-time management of the CCC.
Develop an understanding of business needs and stakeholder requirements to recommend reporting improvements.
