**A**s Reporting and Business Analyst, **R**egio**n** Mar**k**et**s** **&** **B**D**, **you will enable the PMO Lead in collaborating with
variety of Senior leadership, fueling strategic transformation initiatives at the Region level cutting across
geographies, Service Lines, Market Segments, Industry Markets and Sectors, in partnership with Core Business Services Functions including Brand Marketing & Communications, Knowledge, Markets Finance, Talent,
Learning & Development etc.
The role warrants working across diverse teams, geographies (APAC/Oceania time zones) to leverage knowledge, resources and tools that help deliver exceptional quality service to clients, win in the
marketplace and support growth and profitability.
**Your k**e**y respon**s**i**b**i**l**i**t**ie**s** i**n**clu**d**e**:
- Assisting **FOP Activation Lead** in various strategic transformation initiatives (ideation, stakeholder commitment, rollout etc.)
- Identifying and analyzing business challenges, assist the **FOP Activation Lead** in evaluating options, presenting solutions, and implementing standard governance structures for complex programs
- Reporting and Business analysis, particularly but not limited to the following:
- Big data management, data simplification, data storytelling, executive dashboard design and creation
- Monthly reporting, Scorecards, compiling and maintaining various lists; Tracking and analysis
- MS Excel and Power BI / Data visualization skills for automation and more advanced reporting
- Performing weekly/monthly Sales & Pipeline and Revenue reporting
- Meeting Coordination - Coordinating different stakeholders for meetings and events for account review, revenue planning - e.g.
Meeting minutes documentation, collating materials for meetings, post event or meeting support.
- Building and compiling decks for leadership meetings and events etc.
- Work with cross functional teams to develop, codify and upload relevant material to internal knowledge portal.
**T**o** qu**a**l**i**f**y** f**o**r the r**o**le, yo**u** **m**us**t** hav**e**:
- Excellent communication skills in English - oral and written, including for messaging
- Preference to experience in Reporting and Business Analyst role
- Ability to strike the right balance of work autonomously as well as integrate with other areas of the business
- Good time and priority management skills across multiple projects under tight deadlines and with attention to detail
- Knowledge of creating workflow in automation tools like, programming languages like MS Access, and working with MS flow, power apps will be added advantage
- Graduate degree, Post-graduate in Operations, Business Administration / Management, Marketing
- 3 - 5 years work experience in one or more areas:

d. Client Services & Relationship Management
e. C-Suite & Leadership Enablement

**Ide**a**ll**y**, you**'l**l **a**ls**o** hav**e**:
- Agile program management experience
- Working in an Agile program environment
- Experience in professional services or similar industries
- High level of networking, team building and stakeholder management skills
Exposure with Big 4 or leading consulting firms is a plus
