Reports to: Supervisor for Analytics & Reporting
Employment Type: Multi-year Contract (no contract end date / auto renewal)
Full-Time (40 hours/Week). Schedule is to be determined.
Working hours:
9am to 6pm Pacific Standard Time or 12am to 9am Philippine Time
This position will be responsible for the development of monthly/quarterly reporting packages, weekly dashboards, statistical analysis and corporate initiatives. In addition, this individual will provide day-to-day management support for business operations, reporting, variance analysis, database maintenance, and other ad hoc requests. The Analyst will partner with clinical and business line leadership to ensure each service line is effectively supported.
This is a full-time and highly visible position. The ideal candidate has excellent analytical skills, the ability to work effectively under fixed timelines and deadlines, is proactive in their approach, is self-motivated and possesses strong communication skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting
Produce corporate-wide monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages
Partner with BI team to develop monthly Financial and Operations reporting packages as well as weekly dashboards
Provide value added report analysis and deliver robust and meaningful data to Executive Management which effect both top and bottom lines
Work with BI team and 3rdparty vendors to build and maintain databases for operational decision making
Develop dashboards, track KPI's and identify areas of strength and improvement
Support onsite directors in their efforts to increase operational efficiencies
Create financial models and analysis for management's decision making activities
Use Tableau as main reporting mechanism
Revenue Cycle
Identify and understand all aging receivables
Drive revenue through collection and closing of outstanding accounts
Support all legal initiatives to ensure payers are appropriately reimbursing as well as meeting contractual obligations
Update management on changes in collection rates/ratios and collection activities
Project Management
Partner with Executives, Site Directors and project management team on various initiatives
Assist in new site startup activities associated with billing and collections
Support executives in the creation of RFP's
Ad Hoc
Conduct various ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed to support operational decision making
Participate in corporate-wide initiatives and improvement projects
Support management on various Business Development opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
Minimum 1 to 3 years of relative experience
Healthcare and/or hospital experience preferred
Very strong excel and advanced analytical skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, if/then, macros, graphs/charts)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Tableau, QlikView, Business Objects or similar Business Intelligence tools a plus
Familiarity with SharePoint and SQL
Strong attention to detail, solid problem-solving skills and superior organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively and calmly under tight deadlines
