Job Description Key Responsibilities include:
Report validation: You will help us live up to our promise of fast report turnaround, while making sure that report quality is not compromised by the fast delivery. You will be expected to: Review inspection reports that come in from the field, to make sure they are prepared accurately and according to format. Validate incoming inspection reports if they meet all the appropriate requirements. Inform inspectors promptly in case of problems and follow up to make sure any discrepancies are corrected. Team Supervision: Supervise a team of report specialists to achieve or exceed goals and key performance indicators. Handle escalations from direct reports regarding report validation issues. Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures. Review and approve work hours and attendance-related filings for payroll Handle given task by Team Leader/ Report Manager as necessary. You may also be asked to: Contact appropriate QIMA teams to answer client inquiries; Training new specialists regarding report validation and validation guidelines; Handle shadow validation requests from other team; and Manage report validation of key accounts. Qualifications It could be you if you have: Technical expertise in the fields of E&E, Homeware, Furniture, Toys, Garments, Textiles, Fabric, Footwear, etc.; 3 years of experience in the third-party industry/quality control field, with additional experience in manufacturing being a plus; 1-2 years' experience in handling a small team; Great written English and English reading comprehension skills; Availability to work later hours – between 4 pm and 1 am; and Experience working in the MS Office Suite.
