Repair And Maintenance Technician

Perform maintenance of electrical system and refrigeration system (Replacement of light bulbs and sockets, cleaning of condenser units, charging of freon
- Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other system and conduct repairs when necessary
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
- Inspect alarm systems (Fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace tiles, installation of corner guard, and etc)

**Job Specification**:

- College graduate **or equivalent certificate in HVAC, Building Maintenance Technology or relevant field will be a plus**:

- Proven experience as maintenance technician
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other system
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Knowledge of basic repair of kitchen equipment
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Willing to assigned at NCR

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
