Repair And Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:
* Coordinate the installation, maintenance and repair works in the companies facilities and equipment.
* Regulary inspect the stores, execute work as necessary.
* Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads
* Supervise and train the workers.
* Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
* Comply with all health and safety regulations and practice on site.
* Conduct preventive maintenance and repair works.
* Conduct follow ups on all maintenance and repair works.
* Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
* Prepare recommendations and reports.

Qualifications:
* Graduate of BS Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical
* 30-35 yrs. old
* Knowledge of Building trades and maintenance
* Hands on technician
