WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE?
The Rental Coordinator's main responsibility is to ensure the availability of all documents and materials needed in rental transactions daily.
Moreover, he will provide a monthly report for his immediate superior and management and ensure that a system is followed for filing all documents.
**What we are looking for?
He or She must be;**
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Less than 1-year experience specialized in Rental (Automotive / Heavy Equipment)
- With Good communication skills and interpersonal skills oral and written English and Filipino language.
- Computer literate.
- Can do multi-tasking.
- Plan, schedule, direct and execute rental activities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Prior experience working as a rental coordinator or in leasing.
- Exposure to the technical field is highly desired / advantage.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Monitor of Service Hour Meter of the unit for changing oil
- Sourcing of possible clients/prospect
- Requesting materials needed to change oil unit
- File all rental-related Delivery Receipt, Service reports, Return slips, and Rob-out Forms
- Return excess and unused items to the warehouse.
- Rob - out and return parts to production.
- Prepare all necessary documents for daily schedules (DR/SO/Trip Ticket).
- Submission of Monthly Material Cost report to Accounting Department every 4th day of the month.
- Perform other duties that management may assign in order to improve company operations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Supplemental Pay:

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
