Urgent in need of Rent Collector who can start immediately!

Location: Davao City

Duties: Collects the rental payments of tenants in assigned areasEnsures proper collection, documentation and turnover of rent collections from tenant to office to banks.Maintains rent collection reports for assigned propertiesEnsures organized filing of office records such as receipts, reports, lease contracts.Manages renewal and issuance of lease contracts of tenants in assigned properties.Reports to Supervisor any issues and concerns about tenantsReports to Supervisor any issues and concerns on the properties such as repairs and maintenance, security, waste disposal, client/lessor concernsOther relevant tasks that may be assigned to him from time to time Qualifications: Any bachelor's degree courseExcellent in written and verbal skillsKnowledgeable in computers and familiarity in Microsoft OfficeGood moral character Perks and Benefits: Premium Pay (holiday and rest day premium, if working)Government mandated benefits8 days leave with pay per year, non-cumulative
