Responsible for tracking Automated Renewal NoticesPerforms a proper hand-off to Renewal Manager for all renewals that requires client engagement/communication – negotiation, upsell/down sell, cancellation, etc.Ensures that all renewals are properly set for discount recapture based on MSAPerforms other administrative function as defined and delegated by the line managerWork hand in hand with Renewal Managers/SR Renewal Managers to help drive renewals What are the required qualifications of a Renewal Specialist?At least 1 year of experience in renewals, sales or sales support; open to any industry; BPO set up2-year college degree or equivalent business experienceAmenable to work on a Hybrid Setup at BGC, Taguig (2 days/month) Having these qualifications are helpful, but not requiredExperience working with SaaS account Experience recording information in Salesforce or similar CRM system Experience with negotiations, discovery call, and various client engagement conversation
