Job Description:DMCI is seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Utilize critical thinking skills to effectively troubleshoot and escalate complex customer inquiries.3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.6. Meet or exceed performance goals related to response times and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:1. Strong written communication skills and a high level of proficiency in English.2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.3. A positive attitude and strong work ethic.4. Excellent critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.6. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.7. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
