Job Description:
Penshoppe is seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Meet and exceed performance targets and goals
Requirements:
- Independent and resilient personality traits
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM software
- Experience in customer service or sales roles
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
