Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

ABS-CBN Corporation is seeking a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of remote web chat agents, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and meet performance targets
- Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and compliance with company policies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve chat response times and customer satisfaction
- Analyze chat data and provide regular reports to management
- Train and onboard new chat agents
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements:

- Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments
- Experience managing remote teams
- Knowledge of web chat platforms and customer service best practices
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
