### Responsibilities
- **Customer Engagement:** Serve as the first point of contact for customers via real-time web chat, providing immediate responses to inquiries regarding products, services, and account issues.
- **Issue Resolution:** Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify issues raised by customers and provide accurate and efficient solutions, escalating queries as necessary.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product offerings to effectively assist customers and offer personalized recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded for follow-up actions and future reference.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather feedback from customers related to their shopping experience and report insights to the management team to help improve services and offerings.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to promote a cooperative work environment and ensure comprehensive support for all customer inquiries.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Actively participate in training and development sessions to keep skills updated and adapt to new processes or tools that improve customer service efficiency.

### Requirements
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role, preferably within an e-commerce or online retail environment.
- **Education:** A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using web chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Familiarity with multi-tasking across various digital platforms is essential.
