Job Description:
San Miguel Corporation is seeking a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be motivated, confident, innovative, and skilled in negotiation.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and provide accurate information
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivated and confident with a strong focus on innovation and negotiation skills
