Job Description:

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be reliable, independent, possess emotional intelligence, and demonstrate creativity in problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through web chat support
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Reliable and independent work ethic
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
