Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Bench, a leading company in the financial services industry. As a Remote Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This is a part-time position based in Makati, NCR, PH, with the opportunity for remote work flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat
- Assist customers with account-related questions and issues
- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate issues as needed
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Hardworking and energetic personality traits
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
