Investagrams is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the finance industry and work remotely from the comfort of their own home. As an Entry Level Remote Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients through online chat services.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through web chat to provide assistance with their inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address client issues and provide solutions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively assist clients
- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time and customer satisfaction
