This position requires managing the sales and lease application processes, coordinating with brokers, attorneys, lenders, board members, and internal teams to ensure a smooth experience for all parties involved. The role involves handling documents, managing timelines, resolving issues, and maintaining open communication with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Respond to broker requests for building documents (e.g., Offering Plan, House Rules, Proprietary Lease, Financials).Deliver an exceptional customer experience by offering top-tier issue resolution and fostering strong relationships that delight our customers.Review lease and sale applications to ensure all requirements are metRecord payment activity associated with applications.Submit completed applications and summaries to the Boards.Upload documents to relevant platforms (Airtable, ClickUp) and shared drives, ensuring proper record-keeping.Prepare closing documents (e.g., Waiver of Right of First Refusal, Closing Costs) and coordinate with attorneys.Collect and distribute closing documents to internal teams (e.g., Finance, Resident Experience Team) for system updates and move-in coordination.Coordinate interviews with applicants and Boards.Notify all stakeholders (e.g., applicants, brokers, owners, internal teams) of the Board's decision.Update internal platforms (e.g., Airtable, ClickUp) and track approvals within the system.Work with Account Managers and Finance to effectively achieve company goals. Qualifications: Experience in real estate management, communication, or related fields.Proficiency in English (reading, writing, comprehension, and speaking).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Proficiency with digital platforms and willingness to troubleshoot technical issues.
