**Job Description:**

Peddlr is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to understanding and exceeding customer expectations. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Engagement:**
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via various channels, including email, chat, and phone support.
- Actively listen to customer concerns, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and expectations.

2. **Problem Resolution:**
- Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Document all interactions and problem resolutions in our support ticketing system, ensuring accurate records for future reference.

3. **Support Processes:**
- Participate in the development and improvement of support processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and assist in the creation of support documentation and resources.

4. **Customer Education:**
- Provide customers with guidance and resources to help them better understand our products and services.
- Conduct training sessions or informational webinars to educate clients on features, tools, and updates.

5. **Feedback & Improvement:**
- Gather customer feedback and insights to share with product development teams for continuous improvement.
- Identify recurring issues and trends, proposing solutions to mitigate future occurrences.

6. **Time Management:**
- Prioritize support tickets effectively to manage workload and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, product updates, and industry trends.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or IT support is a plus.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably in a remote setting.
- **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with troubleshooting common software and hardware issues; experience with support ticketing systems is an advantage.
- **Soft Skills:**
- **Problem-Solving:** Ability to think critically and approach problems logically to find efficient solutions.
- **Time Management:** Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
